4). Could you confirm annual net revenue of each outlet and are you able to disclose the annual ground rental income and assosciated utility costs

The rent income is commercially sensitive information and therefore exempt under section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as disclosure would prejudice the commercial interests of the Trust.
