3) Whether the trust prescribes biologics to treat some patients with IBD (specifically: infliximab, adalimumab, golimumab, vedolizumab)
4). Available facilities for patients with IBD in the trust (endoscopy, biologics infusion, radiography)

1). I can confirm our Trust holds 1 IBD MDT meeting per month
2). Invite list includes full gastroenterology consultant team (6), IBD specialist nurses (3), colorectal surgeons (2), Nutrition nurse (1), Research nurses (3), Gastroenterology SPR (4), Dietician (1), Pharmacy (2) and Matron (1)
3). I can confirm our Trust does prescribe biologics to treat some patients with IBD
4). Our Trust has each of the listed facilities available for patients with IBD
