Hi i don’t believe my requests for 2 or 3 could be exempted under those clauses, the other Trusts this request has gone to have all responded with the information. I don’t require supplier or product details if that’s the cause of concern? If you are unable to full-fill this request, i’ll have to bring this to the ICOs attention for their views.

Your request has been reviewed in conjunction with the Chief Information Officer and the Information Governance Manager. We have concluded that upon clarification of your request requirements and further examination of the data held, we are able to provide the information in answer to question 2, (please see accompanying document).
With regard to question 3, we are unable to provide specific capital schemes as they are attributable in many cases to specific contracts with suppliers. We can however provide the total capital allocations by year. (please see accompanying document).
The Trust believes that supplying you with all the requested information for question 3 would enable you to derive the total contract value and does not believe this is in the public interest and would jeopardise any future procurement process, therefore we are upholding our original decision to apply section 43(2).
If you remain unhappy, you may make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
