“I am an intern at the BBC, working on the Inside Out North West programme. We are doing a piece that is interested in looking at how much money hospital trusts make through hospital car parks.
It would be great if you could give me figures on parking charges and fines that have been made to patients; visitors and staff, each year for the past 10 years [January 2009 to now].
I will be asking the same question to other NHS trusts in the North West.
It would be great if you could get some information to me either today or tomorrow, as my internship ends this Friday.
