I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the Trust regarding;
1). Current individual Nursing Agency Charge Rates for Band 2, Band 3, Band 5 and Specialist Nurses
2). Breakdown of shifts filled by each individual Nursing Agency financial year July 2018- July 2019.
3). Total Nursing Agency Spend for financial year April 2018- April 2019
4). Total Cost for each Nursing Agency used financial year April 2018- April 2019
