We can confirm the longest time (in days) one patient has remained in a bed at our trust due to delays in transfer of care (DTOC) from October 2016 to October 2018, is 21 days.
We can confirm the patient was 77 years of age and the delay was due to waiting for an EMI nursing Home bed vacancy.
