Does your Trust currently have a Transformation plan in place, if yes what time frame are you looking to implement this?
The Trust is part of a partnership across Lancashire and South Cumbria. The Lancashire and South Cumbria draft Sustainability and Transformation Plan was published on 11th November 2016. Building on long standing relationships, we will be continuing to engage local communities on our plan, and where required by law, consult on proposals for service improvements.

Can I have a copy of your Transformation plan?
Details of the Lancashire and South Cumbria programme are available at www.healthierlsc.co.uk. This also includes a plain English guide to understanding the challenges health and care organisations in our region face, along with how they are working together to solve them.
Is the Trust planning a merger with a neighbouring Trust within the next 24 months?
There are no current plans to merge with any neighbouring Trusts.
