Therefore we are exempting this information as personal and applying section 40(2).
Points to note:
Between 2014 & 2018 there have been 44 complaints of inappropriate sexual behaviour to staff, unfortunately our systems do not differentiate between staff groups.
All cases are male behaviours towards female
No alleged victims were aged 18 or under
All cases resulted in an internal disciplinary procedure
None of the cases resulted in a financial settlement
None of the cases resulted in clauses being placed on any restriction on the ability of the alleged victim to discuss the events.
