Would it be possible to:
- Receive data on the total amount of meals that were thrown away and uneaten in the last year (Jul 17-Jun 18)
- Receive data on how much money has been saved as a result of the meal system being implemented,
- Receive quotes from Nurses and Chefs on their feelings about the electronic meal system, and how it has impacted their jobs.
- Response
- The electronic meal ordering system at Blackpool is currently in a trial process across a small selection of our wards, therefore we did not have full quantitative data at this time. Once the system is fully in place across the site we will be happy to provide the details.
- There are no savings to date as a small number of wards are trialing the system
- No quotes received yet as trial is very early stages
