Response

Given the huge amount of reports across acute and community used within information and through the Trust which under the below definition constitute as a ‘dashboard’ we can’t quantify the number easily along with the amount of users.

This information is not held in a format that is easily accessible as it is held by several departments and not recorded centrally. To collate this would take longer than the appropriate limit specified in regulations for an NHS Trust of £450. This figure represents the estimated cost of one person spending 18 hours in determining whether the Trust holds the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information. Therefore, this information is exempt on the grounds of cost (Section 12(1)).
