Description

1. The name of your supplier for electricity and gas, for each year as far back as possible without incurring unreasonable cost or working time for you
2. The unit rate and standing charge you are currently being charged by your energy supplier
3. The cost of your energy bill for the past 12 months, for electricity and gas

Response

1. From 2016 -2019 we have procured through the FEML / Countess of Chester framework on a 75% fixed / 25% flexible deal. From 2013-2016 it was the same framework however it was a fully flexible arrangement.
2. Specific details relating to pricing and payment structure are confidential and commercially sensitive due to the nature of the agreements we have in place, therefore we are exempting this information under section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as disclosure would prejudice the commercial interests of the Trust.
3. Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The information you requested is available from the website (below)
