    1. There is an informal transition arrangement from child to adult services as CAMHS has a designated ADHD worker who links with the Adult ADHD worker.
    2. Diagnosis is undertaken at the clinic by consultant psychiatrist.
    3. Medication is prescribed, titrated and monitored by the consultant
    4. Consultant psychiatrist monitors prescribed medication at follow-up appointments (either 3 months, 6 months or 12 months)
    5. Local physicians prescribe as requested by the consultant psychiatrist – any alterations are made by consultant.
    6. No therapy offered at the ADHD clinic, however we are able to refer to the psychology team/therapists within our mental health team.
