  1. For the past three complete financial years, the number of shifts in which maternity wards and related departments in your trust that did not meet their minimum staff numbers, broken down by date and unit, for example:

  1. The Trust publishes the Nursing safe staffing figures on a monthly basis in line with national requirements and is available on the organisation’s website at the link below. This will contain the information you requested. The information is therefore exempt under Section 22 of the FOI Act 2000.
