- 3 x CIPD qualified staff in People Effectiveness & Development; 8 staff in People Effectiveness & Development who deliver training regularly as part of their role; in addition there are subject matter experts across the organisation who deliver training (for example, Fire Safety/Information Governance) in addition to their roles – this is not centrally recorded.
- We had 6525 employees completing 44115 deliveries of Mandatory Training learning over the financial year ending 31st March 2016.
