  1. The Trust had 5951.04 FTE as at 31/3/16.
  2. £150,000 (corporate training budget)
  3. Zero – all developed in house

  5. 3 x CIPD qualified staff in People Effectiveness & Development; 8 staff in People Effectiveness & Development who deliver training regularly as part of their role; in addition there are subject matter experts across the organisation who deliver training (for example, Fire Safety/Information Governance) in addition to their roles – this is not centrally recorded.
  6. We had 6525 employees completing 44115 deliveries of Mandatory Training learning over the financial year ending 31st March 2016.
  7. 6525 undertook mandatory training in the financial year 2015/16 with an average time spent of 8.8 hours x £18.18 which is the baseline rate of pay.

(6525 x 8.8) x £18.18 = £1,044,000.00

  1. Every member of staff was offered Resilience and Well-being training (6,500 staff)
