I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to employment in or on behalf of your organisation within The Fylde in March 2015 and the forecast position in March 2016, as part of on-going work that Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre Economic Development Company is undertaking on behalf of the area in particular in developing economic strategy and promoting growth.
More specifically, I would be grateful if you would supply me with the following employment data relating to all workplaces within the administrative areas of Blackpool Council, Fylde Council, and Wyre Council by local authority area for jobs based in those locations. This will include all locations with ‘FY’, ‘PR3’, ‘PR4’, and ‘LA2 0’ or ‘LA2 9’ prefix postcodes, and for convenience I attach a look-up table which can be used to identify the specific local authority where there are overlapping postcodes (affecting FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, PR3, and PR4) by inputting the full 6 character postcode.
Please specify your definition of ‘full time worker’ if this differs from the convention that a full-time worker will usually work 35 hours or more a week. If you need further clarification regarding this request, please contact me by email or by telephone by way of the contact details at the foot of this email. I would like to receive the information that you provide in email format.

We cannot provide the Contractors data, and we are unable to forecast the staffing position as at 31/3/16 so I have provided information as at 28 January 2016. I have classed Full Time as being 35 hours or more as specified in the original request. Where a person has 2 or more assignments I have counted each assignment separately (as we do for the SIP headcount) as it would be far too complex to combine them into a single headcount, particularly where the posts are at different sites.
