Chrisella Morgan
Chrisella Morgan has joined Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as Director of Operations and Performance.
One of her key leadership duties is leading and working alongside colleagues to deliver on a range of NHS constitutional standards, the key areas being patient flow, urgent and emergency care, referral to treatment, endoscopy and cancer.
Chrisella has worked for 27 years in the NHS, beginning her career as an auxiliary worker. She has knowledge of primary care, estates and facilities, capital development and commissioning as well as acute provider experience.
She joins from Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust where she was Deputy Chief Operating Officer but was recently on secondment as Programme Director of Operations and Performance for Greater Manchester.
