Blackpool Teaching Hospitals are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to the role of Chief Executive to lead the Trust’s ambitious agenda. The successful candidate must bring inspirational leadership qualities, passion and drive, and a commitment to delivering in alignment with our core values.

The Chief Executive Officer will have a crucial role in developing a shared understanding of, and commitment to, the vision and strategic aims of our Trust, simultaneously promoting a culture that encourages the use of initiative, individual and team responsibility and open communications.

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a large, integrated provider of acute and community services to the 445,000 population of the Fylde coast health economy and the estimated 11 million visitors to the seaside town of Blackpool.
