Thank You - Nominations are now closed.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate for this years' Celebrating Success Awards. Once again, we have been overwhelmed with entries, we are busily sorting through them and will publish a list of the nominees here very soon.
Every year, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals hold Celebrating Success Awards to reward and recognise the excellent care and treatment received by patients at the hospitals, clinics and health centres run by this Trust.
If your nominee is successful in making the final shortlist, they will be invited to the awards ceremony in November, where the winner will receive £500 to be reinvested into their area of the Trust.
The Weightmans' Patients' Award is much loved within the organisation as it is voted for by the patients themselves and is seen by staff as one of the most prestigious categories of Celebrating Success.
