Whitegate Drive Health Centre played host to a special mental health awareness day as part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek.
In an effort to highlight the local mental health services that are available staff from Blackpool CAMHS, Children’s Psychology services, Fylde and Wyre CAMHS and Fylde Tuition Centre held information stands and there was also a visit from a Pet Therapy Dog.
Park School brass band played in the centre to promote good mental wellbeing by playing some upbeat songs.
Members of the Blackpool CAMHS patient participation group, Entwined Minds, made therapeutic slime and did some mindful colouring in with visiting children.
