Many of the patients in our hospitals are sadly too ill to be allowed home for the festivities this year. If you have a loved one expected to be in over Christmas, please use the form below to send them a personal message to be shared with them on Christmas Day by our staff*. This can be anything from a message of hope, to a poem, or a photo of a cherished memory.
We appreciate how difficult it will be for you to be apart from them during the festive period and we promise we will do all we can to support them, and uplift their spirts, making them feel part of our family at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.
*all messages must be sent by 24th December 2021, any received after this period will be delivered after Christmas.
