Throughout February our Trust is focusing on the ‘Enabling’ work programme currently being implemented as part of our Five Year Together we Care Strategy.
The work stream focuses on six key enablers that support the Trust’s strategic aims, namely: Clinical Leadership, Workforce, Information, Estates, Information Technology and Communications and Engagement.
It is vital that we work hard on these areas to support the strategic ambitions of: improving patient experience, improving staff satisfaction, reducing staff vacancies, reducing mortality, improving financial sustainability and reducing length of stay.
