We had a special visit from Radio Wave’s breakfast presenters, Hayley and Scott, who sampled breakfast in the Restaurant at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Each Friday, Hayley and Scott visit a different establishment that serves breakfast. The venue is nominated by listeners and the programme is broadcast live.
During their visit, the pair also chatted with staff, finding out all about NHS70 plans, The Great BTH Knit, UNISON’S Learn at Work Week and a new children’s complementary therapy service, Caring Hands.
The Restaurant is open to both public and staff and serves a breakfast, lunch and supper service every weekday (Monday to Friday). At the weekends a breakfast and lunch service is provided.

The Restaurant is closed from 2:00pm at the weekend.
